TEMPORARY BUSINESS VISA (Long Stay) 457 Business visa
What is a 457VISA?
The 457 visa program is a highly regulated scheme providing approved employers in Australia an opportunity of employing skilled qualified temporary business entrants from overseas to fill specifically nominated and approved positions.
457 visa applicants, and their dependents, must be sponsored by an approved employer (a business) in Australia.
Nominated dependents of the main visa applicant, while holding the 457 visas, may study and work in Australia.
457 visa holders may apply for further visas in Australia. Some may be able to apply for permanent visas.

Permanent ENS Visas
This visa is for migrants, highly skilled, qualified and experienced in selected skilled occupations, which are required by Australian businesses to fill approved permanent positions.
The visa applicant and dependent must meet all immigration requirements for grant of perm ant residency.
In some cases, holders of 457 visas will be able to meet the requirements for grant of this employer sponsored permanent visa.
