TEMPORARY BUSINESS VISA (Long Stay) 457 Business visa

This is a regulated scheme providing approved employers in Australia an opportunity of employing skilled qualified temporary business entrants from overseas to fill specifically nominated and approved positions.

 

457 visa applicants, and their dependents, must be sponsored by an approved employer (a business) in Australia.

The regulations have recently been reformed becoming much more complex.

Permanent ENS
