Migrating to Australia - Business Owner (Provisional) Visa, Business Owner (Provisional) Visa may lead to Permanent Residence (if all
criteria are met). To apply for the Business Owner (Provisional) Visa the main applicant must be aged less than 45 years and have vocational ability in English, a successful business career and no history of unacceptable business activities.
Applicants need to show:1. In two of the four fiscal years, immediately before application.
AUDS$200.000 minimum net assets of the applicant (or husband
and wife).
AUD$500 000 minimum annual turnover, in main businesses
AUD$500 000 minimum combined business and personal assets, lawfully
acquired and transferable to Australia
2. Sufficient additional funds to settle in Australia
3. A genuine commitment to establish a business in Australia
*Applicants for State and Territory sponsored visa may be less than 55 years of age and are not required to have vocational level English and less asset and annual turnover
