Workplace safety and food hygiene - Employers - 457 visa holders

Employer sponsors of 457 visa and other employers in the food industry should consider sending their chefs/cooks to train or refresh their skills in food hygiene. Especially important when hiring/sponsoring kitchen staff from countries that do not provide such training or have a different standard to that expected in Australia
